Property and casualty insurance company seeking an experienced Chief Actuary.
The Company is seeking a Chief Actuary to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the actuarial function, with a focus on personal lines pricing and reserving. Experience in commercial lines is a valuable asset. The role requires a professional with a strong understanding of advanced modeling techniques and a vision for developing AI-enabled tools and processes for actuarial analysis. The Chief Actuary will be expected to have a FCAS designation, at least 15 years of experience, and a proven track record in leadership and communication.
