Registered Nurse RN PCU Telemetry Night Shift

ED Holding Support Nurse Float Pool

Shift: NIGHT (36- or 48-hour options) Weekend requirement: Every other weekend

Contract length: 13+ weeks up to 02/27/2027

Minimum 2 years relevant nursing experience

Travel nursing experience: REQUIRED

Licensure: NC or Compact license pending acceptable for submittal

Required certifications: BLS, ACLS

Experience with MS/Tele and telemetry monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, IV/PICC/central line care, and phlebotomy

Experience with blood product administration, heparin/insulin protocols, airway management, and wound care

Provide nursing care to adult medical/surgical patients, including PCU-level cases

Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust care plans based on assessments

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

Participate in rapid response and code teams as needed

Administer medications and treatments per established protocols

COVID-19 vaccine: Not required

Flu vaccine: Required (medical/religious exemptions allowed)

EKG testing: Must pass EKG testing prior to start for this specialty

Pre-start requirements include completion of lab/testing within 48 hours after signing and pre-start modules required

RTO (return-to-office/time-off) policies apply; multiple notes outlined in posting including:

• RTO after booking is not allowed
• Call-offs/additional RTO could result in cancellation/DNR
• Up to 7 days RTO auto-approved (no holidays); must work 2 of 3 major holidays
