Restaurant Server/Busser

Job Description Summary As the Busser, you support the daily operations of the Food Beverage department by ensuring tables are clean, organized, and properly reset in a timely manner. You assist Food Servers in delivering a seamless guest dining experience through attentive service and maintenance of a clean, upscale environment. Your efforts directly impact guest satisfaction and contribute to smooth restaurant operations.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture.

Refill water and non‑alcoholic beverages, and offer refills when glasses are half full.

Transport soiled tableware to the dishwashing area and replace silverware as appropriate.

Polish glassware and silverware to maintain presentation quality.

Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas, rotating stock using FIFO procedures.

Maintain a general knowledge of menu and beverage offerings.

Assist in running food as needed.

Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position.

Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standards.

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal.

Food Handlers Card.

at floor, knee, waist, and chest levels.

Occasionally sit and work at a desk or computer.

Ability to communicate using in‑person speech, radios, and telephone.

Ability to use tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterity.

Exposure to dust, fumes and/or gases.
