Job Title : Commercial Litigation Attorney
Experience Level : 2+ Years
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our Covington office. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of litigation experience and a strong background managing cases from investigation through resolution. Represent clients in a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including commercial disputes, real estate, contract, employment, and tort claims.
Handle all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.
Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, briefs, and other court filings.
from an accredited law school.
Minimum of 2 years of commercial litigation experience.
Strong advocacy, research, and writing skills.
