The Recruiting Specialist performs the following duties, including but not limited to:

• Greet new Associates and assist candidates through the application and onboarding process.
• Conduct database and recruiting searches to identify qualified candidates.
• Utilize various recruiting resources and sourcing strategies to attract talent.
• Contact recruiting resources to assess effectiveness and costs and submit advertising requisitions for management

Coordinate and/or attend job fairs and community recruiting events.

• Conduct phone screenings and review online applications.
• Conduct initial and follow-up Associate Quality Control (QC) calls.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruiting and placement process.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future staffing needs.
• Support branch goals related to recruiting, retention, and customer service.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
