Our services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring that every facility is kept in top condition.
As a janitor floater you will perform a variety of cleaning tasks to keep our client buildings looking perfect. The successful candidate will be flexible with their availability, have a reliable vehicle, and a valid driver's license. Your work assignment is communicated to you daily prior to your shift; This position supports our operations in the Denver Metro area and Colorado Springs. Janitor Floater Duties and Responsibilities:

General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition.
Clean and stock restrooms.
Clean up spills with appropriate equipment.
Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
Keep cleaning supplies in stock.
Janitor Floater Qualifications and Requirements:

Handle basic cleaning and janitorial work, including but not limited to: emptying trash, cleaning restrooms, vacuuming, mopping, wipe downs.
Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies.
Able to use basic cleaning equipment.
