Physical Therapist / PT - PRN - Weekend and some Weekday shifts

Duly Health and Care is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our growing Rehabilitation Services team in our Plainfield clinic. This role is ideal for clinicians seeking schedule flexibility, supplemental income, or an opportunity to remain active in outpatient practice while working alongside a collaborative team of rehabilitation professionals.

Typical shifts are a minimum of 4 hours.

Additional hours may be available based on clinic needs & therapist availability

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

Current Illinois Physical Therapist license, or eligibility to obtain licensure

New graduates and experienced clinicians are encouraged to apply

The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $40.00-$55.00 per hour. A $5.00 per hour weekend shift differential is offered for Saturday coverage, resulting in an effective hourly rate of $45.00-$60.00 per hour for eligible weekend shifts.
