LVN - Outpatient/Primary Care
Schedule: Weekend requirement: 1 weekend per month
Requirements:
Active California LVN license
IV certification (valid at submission)
BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
Minimum of 2 years experience in an outpatient setting
Required skills: Phlebotomy/blood withdrawal and IV start/maintenance
Roles & Responsibilities:
Perform patient intake and record vital signs.
Prepare exam and procedure rooms for physician review.
Assist physicians during examinations and procedures.
Administer medications, injections, and IVs as needed.
Conduct basic wound care and phone triage.
Compliance / Notes:
Orientation: 160 hours required.
No scheduling requests can be accommodated.
Maximum of 7 days of requested time off; no RTO within the first 2 weeks of assignment.
