Reports To: Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, guests, and staff. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, enjoys helping others, and is committed to providing excellent service while following established safety and sanitation standards.

Clean resident rooms, common areas, offices, restrooms, and other facility spaces according to health and sanitation standards.

Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces throughout the facility.

Perform laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens and towels.

Operate housekeeping equipment such as vacuums, floor cleaners, and washing machines.

Stock and replenish cleaning supplies, linens, toiletries, and other housekeeping materials.

Maintain clean, organized storage rooms and housekeeping carts.

Safely move and arrange furniture as needed.

Follow all infection control, safety, and chemical handling procedures.

Respond promptly and courteously to resident requests and concerns.

Provide occasional assistance with meal service and delivery as needed.

Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure resident satisfaction.

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Previous housekeeping, janitorial, hospitality, healthcare, or senior living experience preferred but not required.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to safely operate housekeeping equipment and use cleaning chemicals according to manufacturer guidelines.
