The Department of Orthopaedics and Physical Medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina is recruiting a board certified/board eligible Foot and Ankle Orthopedic Surgeon with exceptional expertise in minimally invasive surgical techniques and sports-related foot and ankle injuries. The incumbent will partner with our current orthopaedic faculty and clinical staff in serving patients in the Charleston tri-county area, including local and regional professional sport teams.

Board certification/eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery with fellowship training in Foot and Ankle Surgery

• Exceptional proficiency in minimally invasive foot and ankle surgical techniques
• o Cartilage restoration techniques

• The Department of Orthopaedics and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation has 46 Faculty membersserving the clinical, research, and education missions. • Continuous - 6-8 hours per shift; Frequent - 2-6 hours per shift; Infrequent - 0-2 hours per shift) Ability to perform job functions in an upright position.
