Howard Intervention Center is a trusted provider of high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services serving families throughout South Suburban Chicago. Our mission is rooted in clinical integrity, family partnership, and empowering children with autism and related developmental needs to build meaningful, lifelong skills.
In addition to comprehensive ABA therapy services, we offer parent support programming, including Parent 2 Parent Support Groups and Parents’ Night Out events. We are committed to supporting not only the child, but the entire family system.
Howard Intervention Center is seeking a motivated and clinically strong Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will be responsible for designing, overseeing, and evaluating individualized ABA treatment programs for children across home, school, and center-based settings.
This role requires strong leadership, clinical decision-making, and collaboration with Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Lead RBTs, families, and interdisciplinary professionals to ensure measurable client progress and high-quality service delivery.
Provide direct supervision, coaching, and performance feedback to RBTs and Lead RBTs
Train staff and caregivers on ABA strategies, data collection procedures, and behavior support techniques
Monitor treatment integrity and client progress through systematic data review and observation
Remain current on BACB requirements and evidence-based ABA practices
Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Minimum1 year of experience designing and overseeing ABA treatment programs preferred
Strong leadership, supervision, and clinical decision-making skills
CPR and First Aid certification (preferred or willingness to obtain)
