Registered Nurse – Long Term Care (LTC)

Baltimore, MD

Levin­dale Hospital – Hall 2

Full‑time – Night shift (7:00 pm – 7:30 am)

Salary: $34.33–$53.21 hourly (experience based)

Responsibilities

Provides safe, age‑appropriate patient care and serves as an advisor for patients and their families as part of the patient care team.

Conducts and documents initial and ongoing patient assessments, collecting data relevant to individual patient and family needs.

Develops and documents a plan of care for selected patients/families.

Implements, documents, and provides care and education based on the plan of care.

Evaluates and documents outcomes of nursing practice.

Qualifications

Formal working knowledge equivalent to an Associate’s degree (2 years of college) and knowledge of a specialized field.

Maryland Registered Nurse license and American Heart Association CPR certification.

Basic computer skills – Microsoft Office Suite, Cerner, Synquest Standard, Office equipment.

Knowledge of nursing process based on MD Nurse Practice Act, critical‑thinking skills, medical equipment, and medical terminology.

Less than one year of clinical experience.
