Senior Strategist (Full-Time)

Envoy is a creative consultancy that helps organizations accelerate growth through connected customer experiences. Trusted by iconic brands and tomorrow’s category leaders, Envoy’s multidisciplinary team of strategists, designers, and technologists deliver client impact through brand building, ecommerce, digital products, built environments, marketing and communications. We are looking for a talented Senior Strategist with a passion for solving complex challenges and conveying ideas through engaging writing. You will be responsible for contributing to a team focused on brand, marketing and communications, innovation, experience and culture initiatives. You will work across diverse categories on challenging projects that require deep thinking, insights development, creative solutions, and copywriting.

This is a hybrid position and will require in‑office time. We are looking for someone who can work out of our Irvine or San Diego office on a weekly basis.

Contribute to building brands from the ground up, refreshing existing brands, and bringing them to life through marketing and communications, web, digital products, people & culture, and experiences.

Dig and research to fuel our thinking including heavy desk research, field research, interviewing, and other forms of consumer research.

Develop content for proposals, meetings, workshops, and final project output.

Write brand narratives, brand platforms, brand messaging, and brand copy, for multiple channels.

Track your time on projects and other operational expectations.

Qualities and Qualifications

A flat‑out love and recognized skill developing brands.

Strong grasp of business, brand, marketing, and experience design principles.

A love of figuring things out on your own and the humility to ask for help.

Travel when deemed necessary and appropriate.

The total compensation for this full‑time position (including base salary and benefits) is between $120,000 and $130,000. Envoy offers 100% employer‑paid health and dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays.
