Evaluates and provides therapy to individuals with impairments in ambulation, stair climbing, transfers, bed mobility, balance, joint range of motion, strength, coordination, and endurance level. Possess the ability to coordinate physician, therapist, patient, and family goals into an appropriate plan of care. Demonstrates the ability to efficiently treat patients and document appropriately and effectively. Ensures provision of quality patient care for patient population served including evaluation, treatment, and discharge planning.

Delivering evidence-based interventions that restore movement, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life

Monitoring progress, refining therapy plans, and ensuring accurate, timely documentation of outcomes

Leading by example—mentoring therapy assistants or students while upholding HCA Healthcare's values of excellence, compassion, and integrity
