Procurement Replenishment Buyer, Remote
Advastar, Inc. | Recruiting & Staffing
A global manufacturer of engineered industrial systems is hiring a Commodity Buyer to own sourcing and purchasing for assigned material categories at its Texas production facility. This is a hands‑on procurement seat: you keep the plant supplied, hold suppliers to cost, quality, and delivery, and head off the shortages that stop a line. You will negotiate directly with vendors, cut and manage purchase orders, run inventory and replenishment, and work day‑to‑day with engineering, operations, and logistics. The right person turns reactive buying into a managed program and is measured on landed cost, on‑time delivery, and inventory turns.
Anticipated $60K–$75K, based on experience
Full suite of benefits: Health / Dental / Vision, PTO
Schedule: Monday–Friday, on‑site, with the possibility of one remote day
