As a Strategic Operations Manager, a typical day for you will include:

Collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for operational optimization, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Formulating and executing comprehensive operational strategies that drive efficiency and support business objectives.
Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of operational strategies, ensuring accountability and results.
Owning and managing cross-functional special projects aimed at driving growth across the business
Developing programs to support our franchise owners' efforts to drive incremental sales
Effectively integrating new acquisitions into the business
Executing a digital roadmap for the business

(Required qualifications)

~ Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate business development, or operational roles within a private equity backed company.
• Experience in consumer, multi-unit services or with franchising a plus, but not a requirement

Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data operational insights into actionable strategies.
Be highly motivated and possess vision and enthusiasm
Understand how to deliver on short time frames and be committed to meeting deadlines
Communicate in an open and honest way that quickly builds trust and respect

Education:
Bachelor's degree required; MBA / master's preferred but not required

~ Schedule / in-office requirements:
~ Hybrid working model required. Monday-Wednesday in office, Thursday/Friday from home.
~ Offices are located at:
