Client / Customer Care Rep

Job description
Accu Clean Professional Services is looking for a dependable and professional Client Care Representative to join our team in the Fox Cities area.

This position involves visiting customer locations, performing quality checks, maintaining client relationships, and assisting with light business development efforts. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

Conduct routine quality checks at customer locations.

Maintain communication with clients regarding service satisfaction.

Address concerns and report issues to office management.

Monitor cleaning performance to ensure company standards are met.

Visit local businesses to introduce our services and offer free quotes.

Assist with light cold calling and lead generation.

Provide reports regarding customer feedback, service issues, and sales activity.

Occasionally deliver small appreciation items to clients.

Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Professional and dependable attitude.

Organized and detail-oriented.

Comfortable working independently.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Sales or customer service experience is helpful, but not required.
