COOK, SENIOR - HOURLY (FULL-TIME)

We are hiring immediately for full time SENIOR COOK positions.

Address : 355 Granite Avenue, Arcata, CA 95521. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule : Full time schedule; Monday through Friday, hours may vary. Weekends as needed. Prior expeirence overseeing the cooking activities and food service associates and preparing items from the established menu.

Shift meal and willing to train!

Pay Range: $20.00 per hour to$23.00 per hour.

Appl ication Deadline: applications are accepted ongoing until all openings are filled for this position. Prepares food to ensure it is nutritious and properly flavored in accordance with applicable federal, state, local and company standards, guidelines and regulations. May oversee the cooking activities of food service associates as assigned by Food Service Director.

Operates and cleans equipment after each use. Stores, labels and dates food items according to policy. Helps maintain organized storage of dry goods and refrigerated and frozen products.

Follows HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.

Complies with federal, state and local health and sanitation regulations and department sanitation procedures.

Assists Food Service Director in maintaining accurate daily production records and completes all required documentation, reports, and logs as assigned.

Assists in the cross training of employees.
