Job Responsibilities

Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' diverse needs and formulate personalized therapy strategies aimed at achieving their functional aspirations

Implement Therapeutic Activities: Apply evidence-based interventions to bolster patients' motor abilities, cognitive function, and daily life tasks

Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Engage with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide holistic, comprehensive care

Educate Patients and Caregivers: Guide patients and their families through therapy methods that support sustained progress beyond therapy sessions

Monitor Progress and Adapt Treatment: Document clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure ongoing patient success

Qualifications

Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized program

Encouraged and supported continuing education or post-graduate certifications

Certifications

Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required
