Human Resource Coordinator
Responsibilities
Assist new hire orientation process within facilities, providing training aimed at successful retention rates; data entry and auditing to ensure accurate employee records are maintained.
Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
Provide support in contract management related to employment agreements as directed.
Review payroll accuracy and ensure compliance with processes.
Coordinate with HR team to oversee PBJ (Payroll Based Journal) reporting and compliance.
Oversee benefits administration, workers’ compensation, and leave management programs.
