Ultrasonographer (Full-time), Radiology-Ultrasound

Ultrasound Sonographer
This is a 13-week contract position.
Variable shifts, 40-hour workweek with on-call as appropriate.
The Ultrasound Sonographer will perform a variety of imaging procedures, demonstrating proficiency in both normal and pathological conditions across multiple specialties. Responsibilities include conducting ultrasound examinations and procedures on diverse patient populations.
Responsibilities:

Perform abdominal imaging including Aorta, IVC, Liver/Biliary, Pancreas, Spleen, and Renal studies.
Conduct gynecological and obstetric ultrasound examinations, including transvaginal and adult/pediatric assessments.
Execute procedures such as aspirations, biopsies, drainage, and intraoperative imaging.
Assess neonatal patients for congenital anomalies and perform imaging of neonatal heads.
Utilize equipment including Canon i700 and Meditech EMR, along with Fuji Synapse PACS, for documentation.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

A minimum of 3 years experience as a full-time sonographer in an acute hospital setting.
Active ARDMS certifications in Abdomen, OB, and RVT.
Current BLS certification from the AHA.
