Hotel Restaurant Cook - PT Evening

Hours: PT (6am-6pm)

Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook delicious and nutritious meals according to menu specifications and dietary requirements.
Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met at all times.
Collaborate with our culinary team to develop innovative menu ideas and seasonal offerings.
Provide exceptional customer service to our residents, catering to their individual preferences and dietary needs.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications Three to five years' experience as a cook or chef in a restaurant, hotel, or senior living community preferred.
Experience as a short order cook required
Must have full scale recipe production experience
A genuine passion for food and a desire to create memorable dining experiences.
Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
