HR Generalist
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday

A well-established company in the distribution industry is seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Generalist to join its team in Carlsbad. This role will support a variety of HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, payroll support, training, and compliance. Assist with recruiting efforts, interview scheduling, and hiring coordination
Help administer employee benefits and serve as a resource for employee questions
Support payroll processes and maintain accurate HRIS records
Coordinate training records and employee development initiatives
Help ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws
Participate in employee engagement and culture-focused initiatives
3-5 years of Human Resources experience

• Bilingual Spanish required
• Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, payroll, and employee relations
• Experience working with HRIS platforms; Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law compliance, and employee support
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel

Pay Details: $28.00 to $34.00 per hour
