Sun Valley, CA 91352 Pay Target: $17.78 per hour Shift: Tuesday - Saturday 4:00 AM to 10:00 AM (schedule may fluctuate based on business needs). Employment Logistics: The Lead Package Handlers plays a crucial role in overseeing the offloading, loading, and sorting of packages for distribution in our warehouse. Our Package Handlers II's are the ultimate team players. They work closely with Sort and Operations Managers to train new hires, support business metrics, and uphold company values. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred

At least 1 year of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of both

Supervise offloading and sorting incoming packages for distribution and/or prepare outgoing freight for delivery.

Train sorters to perform assigned tasks safely and accurately.

Provide continual feedback to sorters, both positive and negative.

Inspect packages to make sure they are safe for truck transportation.
