We are hiring for a Project Manager with a specialization in concrete to join our dynamic team in the Construction industry. This role is perfect for a professional who is passionate about driving project success from conception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a variety of construction projects, with a focus on Core and Shell, Concrete Slab, Structural Cast, and Cast In Place elements.

Oversee the entire life cycle of construction projects, from initial planning and budgeting to project execution and closing.

Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Develop comprehensive project plans, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Effectively manage and report on the project Profit and Loss (P&L), ensuring financial performance aligns with company goals.

Lead procurement, ensuring all materials and services are secured cost‑effectively and timely.

Prepare and review project submittals, ensuring compliance with specifications and industry standards.

Prepare and present regular project updates and reviews to senior management.

Negotiate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to secure advantageous terms.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management within the Construction industry.

Proven experience in managing commercial and/or industrial projects with an emphasis on concrete.

Experience in government projects is an added advantage.

Excellent project planning and organizational skills.

Proficient in project tracking, budgeting, cost control, and financial management.

A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is required.

PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
