As a new Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) at The Gardens at Quail Springs, you'll start your day by assisting residents with their daily activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing. You'll work closely with the nursing staff to ensure that each resident receives personalized care with empathy and patience. Throughout your shift, you'll document vital signs, changes in condition, and care provided to residents. You'll also help with mealtimes, ensuring that residents are well-nourished and comfortable.
Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will be crucial as you provide support to residents and their families. To excel as a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) at The Gardens at Quail Springs, you'll bring your empathetic nature and customer-centric mindset to the forefront.
With 6-12 months of experience in the healthcare industry under your belt, you'll navigate tasks with ease and professionalism.
Possessing a CNA certification, you'll demonstrate your dedication to providing top-notch care to our residents.
Experience in Assisted Living and Memory Care will set you up for success in this role.
As you complete 12 hours of continuing education provided through our community in-services, you'll stay up to date with the latest industry knowledge.
Your fluency in English and ability to interpret essential documents will ensure seamless communication and adherence to safety protocols.
