We are looking for a dependable and experienced Lead Dishwasher to oversee the dishwashing area while working alongside the team to maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and help ensure kitchen operations run smoothly.
Lead and support the dishwashing team during each shift.
Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dishwashing area.
Ensure proper handling and storage of clean kitchen items.
Monitor dishwashing supplies and notify management when inventory is low.
Train new dishwashers on proper procedures and safety standards.
Assist with kitchen cleaning duties, including floors, trash removal, and equipment cleaning.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines.
Previous dishwasher experience required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Reliable, punctual, and able to lead by example.
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Work in a hot, wet, and fast-paced kitchen environment.
