Mental Health LCSW

Position Summary Provide clinical leadership and supervision for social service staff while ensuring high-quality care for shelter clients with mental health, substance use, and housing-related needs.

Key Responsibilities Supervise social workers and case managers; Connect clients to mental health, substance abuse, and community resources.

Collaborate with medical and behavioral health providers.

Support staff training, onboarding, and program development.

Qualifications Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required.

Minimum 2 years post-graduate clinical experience .

Experience working with homeless adults, mental illness, and substance use disorders.

Knowledge of Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Care, Harm Reduction, and Recovery-Oriented practices.

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Schedule & Requirements Availability for evenings, occasional Saturdays, and some holidays.

Pay rate: $55 per hour

Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM
