Provide therapeutic interventions including individual, family, couple, and group psychotherapy, tailored to meet the specific needs of each patient. \Actively participate in team meetings with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to develop coordinated care plans. \Document clinical assessments and treatment outcomes accurately in EMR systems, ensuring compliance with organizational standards. \Facilitate group therapy sessions for patients, acting as either a primary therapist or co-therapist, depending on the therapeutic framework. \Engage in crisis intervention and triage evaluations, providing immediate support to both outpatient and inpatient teams as needed. \Adhere to ethical standards of practice and uphold agency policies, contributing to a culture of integrity and professionalism. \Patient Population / Client Focus\n The clients you will serve at Silver Head Psychiatry Clinic represent a diverse array of backgrounds and mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and complex family dynamics. You will work with patients ranging from children and adolescents to adults, helping them navigate their unique mental health journeys. Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required. \Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards pertaining to mental health counseling. \Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team and demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered care. \Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) software and related technologies. \Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse, or trauma recovery is a plus. \Experience working within primary care or medical settings is highly desirable, providing a holistic perspective on mental health treatment. \Compensation and Benefits\n The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 105,000 annually, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
