FULLTIME PARTS COUNTER PERSON

Gerber Collision & Glass is looking for an experienced Parts Coordinator to manage parts ordering, receiving, storage, dispatching, and returns for each repair order. The role ensures the accuracy and quality of parts, supports production schedules, and enhances the customer experience.

Communicate all customer requests and needs to appropriate team members.

Order and receive parts from vendors, confirming quality, correctness, and quantity.

Ensure timely parts distribution to the shop in accordance with the production schedule.

Enter all parts invoices into the Management Information System (MIS).

Label, track, and store parts with the vehicle and/or scheduled repairs.

Communicate all Parts Price Changes (PPI) to required team members.

Order and receive supplemental parts in the MIS, monitor vendor performance, and reconcile invoices and credit memos.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

1–3+ years working with automotive parts (auto body parts is a bonus).

Customer service orientation and strong organizational ability to manage pressure and prioritize tasks.

Working toward I‑Car Gold Class certification (worker).

Proficiency with MIS platforms such as Summit or Repair Centre.

Knowledge of Mitchell, Audatex, Car‑part, Progi, APU, LKQ B2B for parts sourcing.

Above‑average computer proficiency.

Hourly: $16 – $23 per hour.
