We are seeking a full-time Client Service Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, this role is essential in creating a welcoming and supportive experience for clients and their pets through concierge-level service, knowledgeable guidance, and effective coordination with our medical team. This is a full-time position.

Deliver concierge-level client service by scheduling appointments, managing patient flow for multiple doctors, and creating a welcoming experience for clients and their pets both in person and over the phone

Manage a high-volume, multi-line phone system, triage client inquiries, and provide accurate information regarding hospital services, preventive care, and treatment recommendations

Admit patients, maintain accurate medical and client records, and support efficient daily hospital operations

Build positive client relationships through professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail while supporting the comfort and well-being of patients during their visit

High school diploma or equivalent required; client service experience preferred - veterinary experience a plus

Experience with EzyVet or similar veterinary practice management software preferred

Proficiency with computer systems and multi-line phone systems

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, professionalism, and exceptional client service

Ability to provide compassionate, empathetic support to clients during both routine and emotionally sensitive situations

Genuine appreciation for pets and commitment to supporting exceptional patient care
