Administrative Assistant

Salary Range: $22.00 - $34.00 per hour

What Does the Administrative Assistant Do at SpecSys?

Independently able to create presentations using PowerPoint once data is handed off.

Respond professionally and timely to all emails and phone calls.

Maintain confidential and sensitive business, financial, personnel, and legal information with the highest level of discretion.

Serve as a liaison between executives, employees, customers, vendors, and business partners while fostering professional relationships.

Assist with special projects, research, data collection, and report preparation as directed by executive leadership and independently create excel files from raw data.

Support office operations by coordinating supplies, services, and administrative processes as needed.

Assist with client sourcing and marketing campaigns online and via social media.

Process and perform data entry to maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems.

Maintain organized records and ensure documents are complete, accurate, and readily accessible.

Assist with printing, sorting, and filing projects, both routine and ad hoc.

What Are We Looking For in a Great Administrative Assistant?

• Knowledge of general office practices, procedures, and equipment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• The physical demands and work environment are that which are typically found in an office, with the potential for occasional lifting up to 40 lbs.
• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED).
• OR any combination of education and experience that would provide the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be acceptable.
