Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Employment Type: Full-time

We're looking for a full-time Behavior Analyst who is collaborative, compassionate, and excited to make a meaningful impact. With a thoughtfully managed small caseload of just 8-10 clients, you'll have the time and space to build strong relationships and provide high-quality, individualized support. Provide outreach services and ongoing collaboration with the clinical team

Collaborate bi-weekly with a team of knowledgeable and supportive BCBAs

Provide high-quality, individualized behavioral support services

Create and manage your own schedule to support client and personal balance

Participate in ongoing training and professional development beginning on day one

Master's or Doctoral degree in Behavioral Analysis, Special Education, or another Human Services discipline with an emphasis in Behavioral Analysis

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

Licensed Behavior Analyst in the State of North Carolina (or willingness to obtain licensure)

Completion of 8-hour BACB Supervision Training
