Specialty Medical Staffing is seeking a PRN Pharmacist for a short-term assignment in the Portage, Indiana area. This role supports an inpatient care environment within a safety-focused organization that values teamwork, accountability, and high-quality patient care. The assignment is ideal for a pharmacist who can step into a PRN setting and contribute immediately to daily pharmacy operations.
Prior inpatient or hospital pharmacy experience preferred
EPIC experience required
Experience with medication reconciliation and discharge counseling
Support medication reconciliation and discharge medication counseling
Support pharmacy safety, quality, and regulatory compliance efforts
