Social Media Brand Content Creator

The Brand Content Creator will be responsible for producing authentic, high-quality content that showcases our golf equipment innovation and resonates with golfers of all skill levels, with a strong emphasis on the women’s golf community and modern female golfer experience. This role combines technical expertise in video production, photography, and graphic design with deep understanding of golf culture to create compelling brand narratives across digital platforms. The ideal candidate is a passionate golfer who can translate product performance into engaging visual stories while maintaining brand consistency across Srixon, Cleveland Golf, and XXIO portfolios. The ideal candidate is energized by telling authentic golf stories through a woman’s perspective and has a deep interest in women’s golf, including the LPGA, female amateurs, and the growth of the women’s game.
Video Production & Storytelling
Develop content that highlights women’s golf stories, athletes, and equipment performance through a female golfer’s lens, including LPGA-related moments and women-led golf culture
Conceptualize, shoot, and edit premium video content including product launches, in‑studio production, club testing sessions, and course‑based performance demonstrations
Create compelling ball flight analysis and technology showcase videos that highlight equipment advantage
Produce authentic golfer testimonials and fitting experience content that builds credibility and trust
Develop brand‑specific seasonal content series aligned with golf calendar (major championships, equipment launches, course conditions)
Create lifestyle imagery that reflects authentic golf experiences across various skill levels and demographics with intentional representation of women in the game
Capture dynamic action shots showcasing club performance in real playing conditions
Produce course photography, environmental shots, and in‑studio creative that support brand storytelling
Performance‑Driven Content Strategy
Develop content that demonstrates measurable performance benefits and technological advantages
Create educational content explaining club fitting, swing mechanics, and equipment optimization
Produce comparison content showcasing competitive advantages and product differentiation
Support tour professional and ambassador partnerships with authentic performance content
Platform‑Optimized Content Creation
Create platform‑native content that connects with women golfers and growing female golf communities across social platforms
Design platform‑specific content for Instagram (ex: equipment glamour shots, swing sequences), TikTok (quick tips, club reveals), YouTube (in‑depth reviews, course vlogs)
Create engaging content for golf‑specific platforms and communities
Develop content that performs well during peak golf engagement times and seasonal trends
Optimize content for golf equipment buyer journey from awareness to purchase consideration
Brand Asset Management & Quality Control
Maintain comprehensive digital asset library organized by brand, product category, and content type
Ensure all content adheres to global brand guidelines and technical specifications
Manage content approval workflows and version control for multi‑brand portfolio
Create content templates and style guides that ensure consistency across team and agency partners
Travel & Event Documentation
Cover major championship events and tour professional equipment usage, including LPGA and women’s professional golf events. Working weekends is required.
Capture compelling content at tour events, retail partner locations, and golf industry trade shows.
Document product testing sessions and R&D facility visits
Produce behind‑the‑scenes content that humanizes the brand and showcases golf industry expertise
Content Performance & Analytics
Monitor content performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Studio, and social listening platforms.
Track key KPIs including engagement rate, reach, video views, click‑through rates, and conversions
Identify top‑performing content to understand consumer preferences and guide future creative strategy
Optimize content regularly based on data, testing formats, posting timing, captions, and calls‑to‑action.
Translate data into insights to inform creative decisions and guide overall content strategy.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media Production, Visual Communications, or related field
1-2 years of experience in content creation, preferably in sports, golf, or lifestyle industries
Demonstrated understanding of golf equipment, terminology, and culture
Strong portfolio showcasing golf‑related content across video, photography, and design
Experience with golf‑specific content formats (swing analysis, equipment reviews, course features)
Demonstrated interest in women’s golf, the LPGA, or creating content for female golf audiences
Ability to authentically represent and connect with women golfers through content and storytelling
Deep passion for golf with understanding of equipment technology and performance metrics
Excellence in visual storytelling with focus on authentic golf experiences
Strong technical skills in video production, photography, and post‑production
Outstanding project management abilities with experience managing multiple content streams
Analytical mindset with ability to optimize content based on engagement metrics
Adaptability to work in various golf environments (courses, ranges, indoor facilities)
Computer Programs
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom)
Experience with social media management platforms and analytics tools
Familiarity with golf‑specific software and launch monitor technology
Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications and project management tools
Knowledge of content management systems and digital asset management platforms
