Buyer, Procurement (Temporary)

Job Description The KBB Buying Agent is responsible for timely responses to sales leads, as well as following up on those leads. By his/her actions, the KBB Buying Agent influences the volume of sales business while playing a key role in insuring customer satisfaction. In this role, you will execute customer communications (email and telephone) in a manner that aligns with our dealership’s highest standards.

Manage all KBB online and regular phone ups.

Acquires used inventory for dealership

Answer & review customer inquiries via email, text, chat & phone

Receive, analyze, and reply to all incoming internet and phone leads according to scripts

Update changes in database

Complete long term follow-up for internet and phone leads

Forward any customer concerns to appropriate Departmental Manager notating all problems and potential problems involving concerns, repairs, customers, & equipment

High school diploma/GED

Basic computer skills

Two years’ experience in Customer Service & Sales

Professional personal appearance
