Job Overview A law firm seeks an Employment Litigation Attorney in Irvine, California. The ideal candidate will have over four years of experience in employment law, focusing on harassment, discrimination, and retaliation claims. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex legal issues and engage with significant client interactions.
Duties Conduct depositions and interview witnesses
Draft and file motions
Analyze employment law matters, including harassment and discrimination claims
Manage document-intensive cases and prepare for trial
Structure discovery plans and defend depositions
Requirements California licensed attorney with 4+ years of experience in employment litigation
Experience with wage and hour class action and PAGA claims preferred
Strong academic credentials
Passion for advocacy and creative legal solutions
Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Certifications Licensed to practice law in California
Skills Excellent organizational and communication skills
Strong work ethic and commitment to teamwork
Ability to handle complex legal issues independently
