The Licensed Insurance Agent is a full‑time, hybrid role based in Jacksboro, TN, with flexibility for some work from home. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include consulting with clients to identify their insurance needs, explaining coverage options, and recommending appropriate Allstate products such as auto, home, life, and other policies. The agent will prepare quotes, process applications, manage policy changes, and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. The role involves proactive outreach to new and existing customers through phone, email, and in‑person meetings, as well as maintaining accurate records in agency systems. The agent will also collaborate with the agency team to meet sales goals, uphold compliance standards, and support marketing and community outreach activities.

Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance, with the ability to explain coverage options clearly and ethically.

Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Brokerage and Finance, supporting clients with policy selection and basic financial protection guidance.

Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, including active listening, problem‑solving, and professional communication.

Current property and casualty insurance license (and life/health license or willingness to obtain) in Tennessee.

Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or sales is preferred but not required.
