We are seeking a highly motivated Paralegal / Sr Paralegal to join our North American legal team and play a key role in shaping the success of a dynamic, fast‑paced business. As a paralegal, you will work directly with other legal team members, as well as business stakeholders from across Kerry.

Based in Beloit, Wisconsin (hybrid preferred, remote considered), this role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact while working alongside a collaborative and forward‑thinking legal team.

Manage legal intake for North American legal team.

Serve as an administrator for our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system.

Work with Corporate Secretary to review, maintain and manage legal entity structure.

Provide general support for the North American legal team.

Proven experience with managing and processing legal documentation.

Familiar with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems.

Proficiency and experience in the use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
