Support Services Person ll
Stark Carpet
STARK is seeking a Client Experience Representative in our Syosset Showroom. This is a great opportunity for design industry enthusiasts to start up with one of the biggest names in the field, and the chance to potentially grow into a sales position.
Track client information in company system
Train team members on front desk duties as needed
i.e. stock water bottles, refill candy jars, place order pads on tables
Assist Account Managers with Billings
Assist clients with sign-out/sign-in of inventory
Administrative responsibilities like supply ordering, invoice filing, Outlook calendar, etc.
Moving through office occasionally to access file cabinets
Constantly operating a computer, and other office productivity machinery such as calculators, printers, and phones
Must be familiar with Microsoft Office and Outlook with data entry capabilities.
