As a Pharmacist at VPI Compounding, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our patients. Supervision and Support: Provide guidance and support to pharmacy technicians, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Actively participate in training and mentoring initiatives for the professional development of the team.

Qualifications: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited pharmacy program.

Current state pharmacist license in good standing.

Have active Pharmacist licenses in multiple states (or be highly willing and eligible to obtain additional state licensures as needed).

Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience as a compounding pharmacist is preferred.

Ability to stand for long periods, walk, sit, and operate compounding equipment.
