Operations Director
you'll lead branch operations and partner with local teams to drive performance-ensuring efficient and profitable market execution.

Collaborate with Branch Managers, Operations Managers, and Dispatchers to ensure efficient and profitable deliveries and market operations
Support Branch Managers with sales projections, budgeting, and overall leadership
Train and guide counter staff to ensure professional, fair customer service and build strong relationships with key customers
Oversee hiring procedures, maintain accurate personnel records, and manage time reporting for payroll
Monitor facility and equipment needs, ensure proper maintenance, and manage inventory levels and control

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field
5+ years of management experience, preferably with industry-related expertise
Cross-functional knowledge across finance, operations, HR, supply chain, and sales
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software quickly
Product knowledge in residential and commercial roofing, siding, and windows
