Job Title: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) (New Graduates Accepted)
Employment Type: Full-Time
The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care, implement treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and therapy modalities.
Monitor and document patient progress and treatment outcomes.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
Ensure compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.
Associate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Current, active, and unencumbered PTA license.
Monday - Friday
Day Shift
No nights, weekends, or on-call requirements
Youth athletes through active geriatric patients
Approximately 11-12 patients per 8-hour shift
Compensation & Benefits (Full-Time Employees)
