We're looking for Part time Servers/Bartenders to join our team. Servers/Bartenders are responsible for providing a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for our members in Independent Living. Hosting Open Interviews every Tuesday from 11a-2p.

We're Looking for Server/Bartenders:
As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for providing a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for our members in Independent Living
Server provides food and beverage service tableside to residents, resident families and guests. This position maintains the cleanliness of the dining room, service stations, beverage machines, and all other work areas.
Serves meals and busses tables with a warm, friendly, courteous, respectful and engaging demeanor.

• Helps Team Members and participates in setting up and breaking down dining room tables and wait stations prior to and following meals, ensuring that the dining room is prepared for the next meal.
• Participates in the training of new Team Members.
• Assists with dining service for special functions, private dining events, and special guests.
• Clears tables, replaces linens, sets tables, and ensures that the dining room is clean and attractive.
• Cleans equipment, furniture, appliances, floors, drains, storage area, refrigerator, freezer and sinks according to schedule.
• Stores and retrieves residents' assistive devices during mealtimes, ensuring that safety is never compromised.
• Participates in and attends all required in-service training and education programs as scheduled.
• Communication - Demonstrates an ability to effectively and regularly transfer information to necessary parties to improve the quality of her work and to provide her supervisor with actionable, accurate data.
• Seeks additional work when they have capacity. encourages others and asks for help when needed. Professionalism - Ensures product is delivered on time and is of the highest quality. Presents themselves in a manner which enhances the brand image. Understands that no information is truly private and conducts online or social networking activities accordingly.

Must be free of diseases that can be transmitted in the performance of job responsibilities during the stage of communicability unless the Team Member can be given duties that minimize the likelihood of transmission.
• Also may experience traumatic situations including psychiatric and deceased residents.

TRAVEL: No travel is expected although occasional travel may be required for training sessions, continuing education opportunities, emergency situations, and other company functions.
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English fluently.

• Ability to use miscellaneous software and office equipment.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
