Warehouse Person - Manufacturing

Position: Warehouse Associate
Location: West Henrietta, NY

Summary: Nesco Resource is seeking dependable Warehouse Associates to support warehouse and production operations for a precision manufacturing company in West Henrietta, NY. This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for individuals with warehouse experience who enjoy inventory management, material movement, and supporting manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Rate:

• $23.00 - $24.00/Hour + 10% Shift Premium
• 5% Bonus Eligibility Upon Permanent Hire

Shift(s):
~ Monday - Friday; B Shift, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Job Duties:
Receive, store, and distribute materials throughout the facility
Pick and stage materials for production orders
Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments
Perform inventory transactions using ERP or warehouse management systems
Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits
Operate pallet jacks and forklifts as authorized
Maintain inventory accuracy and organization
Prepare shipments and complete shipping documentation
Maintain clean and organized warehouse areas
Follow all warehouse safety procedures
Assist production teams with material requests
Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required
Previous warehouse experience preferred
Forklift experience preferred
Basic computer skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Excellent attention to detail
Reliable attendance
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
Warehouse/manufacturing environment
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Frequent material handling throughout the shift
PPE required
