Job Description Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy, a passion for helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals, and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. As an Outpatient Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with a variety of conditions, developing personalized treatment plans, and helping patients regain their physical abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough patient assessments to diagnose physical conditions and functional limitations.

Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals, clinical findings, and best practices.

Implement and oversee treatment plans, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs, lifestyle modifications, and injury prevention strategies.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and other specialists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Stay current with advances in physical therapy and integrate new techniques and evidence-based practices into patient care.

Participate in continuing education opportunities and professional development activities.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards, including clinic policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

CPR and First Aid certification.

Strong clinical skills with experience in outpatient settings preferred.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
