Client Service Rep _Work from home

This individual will serve as an integral connection between our base customers, fulfillment and acquisition teams here in the Portland Oregon office. You will work with our elite technician, operations and sales teams to demonstrate to our customers why Trane is the best company to support their HVAC Service, Replacement, controls, rental and digital needs.
The Client Services Representative will be exposed to both the acquisition and fulfillment sides of our business with the opportunity to grow their career on either side. The Client Services Representative will be a key resource in maintaining and growing our customer base.
Coordinate the renewal of service contracts
Look for opportunities to expand our offerings with our customers
Delivers growth by prospecting for other non-agreement customers; Responsible for time and material (T & M) and Quoted Job pull-through opportunities, working with the estimating team on the proposals and delivering proposals to the customer in a time frame to meet their needs.
Develop accurate and timely estimates through input of the field and sales team's knowledge.
Assists in creating standard work / cadence for meeting customer needs.
Bachelor's degree or certificate with two years' work experience preferred.
Customer service with relationship building experience is a plus.

Must be able to communicate effectively in person, by phone and through written communication.
Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:
$The actual compensation will depend on elements such as seniority, merit, geographic location, education, experience, travel requirements, and union designation. Additionally, benefits may vary depending on the region, business alignment, union involvement, and employee status.
