Job Description:

This Primary Care Physician role is based within a state correctional facility, providing essential medical care to an incarcerated adult population with complex medical, behavioral, and social histories. The physician delivers full-scope primary care, including chronic disease management, MAT services, preventive care, and urgent medical needs, often serving as a consistent and trusted healthcare presence for patients who have experienced significant barriers to care.
