This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule
The shift will be from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM or 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with some weekends or call required. Weekly guaranteed hours are 36.
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse specializing in the Operating Room. The nurse will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, assisting with various surgical procedures including ENT, dental, plastics, pediatrics, trauma, and more.
Responsibilities
Prepare patients for surgical procedures.
Assist surgeons during operations.
Monitor patient vital signs and provide post-operative care.
Administer medications and perform other nursing duties as required.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in the Operating Room.
Travel experience preferred.
Must possess a valid RN license.
BLS certification required; PALS and AORN certifications preferred.
