Maintenance Assistant
Ridgewood Center is now hiring a full-time Maintenance Assistant! Full-time is eligible for medical benefits or modified compensation, which is an additional 25% on the base rate of pay! Make minor repairs to handrails, windows, flooring, walls, ceilings, beds, wheelchairs, geri-chairs, electrical equipment, sprinkler systems, generators, emergency lighting, fire alarms and extinguishers
Changes filters on HVAC equipment
Carries, lifts and stocks supplies
Assume Maintenance supervisor's responsibilities in his/her absence
